First and foremost, the meeting was chaired by Deputy Director Hu Rongrong of the Moral Education Department, who made detailed arrangements for the work of head teachers during the holidays in that she called on head teachers to make use of online parent-teacher meetings and synchronous class meetings to provide guidance and home-school communication during the holiday. Also, Deputy Director Hu Rongrong laid emphasis on winter holiday safety issues and required head teachers to carry out moral education practice and arrange the winter vacation home visit work.

Furthermore, Principal Assistant Chen Peifeng asked all head teachers to pay attention to each student's mental health and stressed that they should not give up any student. What’s more, the head teachers’ work should be pragmatic and rigorous and head teachers should continue to do a good job in student management during the winter vacation in the meantime.

Last but not the least, Vice Principal Hu Qilin affirmed the efforts made by the head teachers to ensure the stability of education and teaching order since the beginning of the term. Additionally, he asked all head teachers to continue to be conscientious, dutiful and do their best to meet the new semester in a better state.

In summary, this head teachers’ meeting not only enhanced the sense of responsibility of head teachers, but also made the class management work more institutionalized and standardized during the winter holiday, which ensured that students would have a safe, happy, healthy and beneficial winter vacation.
